Return Policy — Richins Worm Farm
At Richins Worm Farm, we stand behind the quality of everything we produce. Because many of our products are living or perishable, our return policy is simple and focused on making things right if there is a problem.
Worms
Your worms are guaranteed to arrive alive. If your worms arrive dead or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the order or provide a refund.
Soil Products (Castings, Biochar, Extracts, etc.)
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a soil product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or additional information so we can understand the issue. If there is a problem with the product, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Workshops and Events
Workshop registrations may be refunded or transferred up to 48 hours before the event. If you cannot attend, we are often happy to transfer your registration to a future workshop when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are biological or perishable, we generally do not accept physical returns. Instead, we focus on resolving issues quickly with replacements or refunds when appropriate.
